In my 1:1 Ayurveda Coaching Program, I teach women how to nourish their bodies and strengthen their abilities to heal naturally so they can finally move free and feel confident in their own skin. My mission is to help you reimagine healthy eating that feels abundant & exciting, rather than restrictive & dreadful. My goal is to teach you how to take intentional steps towards supporting your unique body constitution and give you the tools to shamelessly love yourself. Hey sister! I grew up in the diet culture of calorie counting, high protein, low carb, low fat & high fat (go figure) diets and seven day master juice cleanses. You name it, I tried it. The world tried to squish me in a box of beauty standards that was impossible for me to keep up with and quite frankly this lifestyle left me feeling exhausted and my body wrecked.
Enough was enough. I was ready to learn how to nurture my body and love myself exactly as I was but the problem was, I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to begin. 10 years ago, I was introduced to Ayurveda, the 5,000 year old holistic system of medicine from India. The wisdom and simplicity of Ayurveda’s self-care practices and nutritional guidance helped me understand my elemental make up and honor the unique nature of my body.
Ayurveda not only taught me what to eat to strengthen my digestion, but also HOW to eat so that I could begin to balance my hormones, reduce stress, & regulate my nervous system.
Ayurveda taught me how to weave compassion into all aspects of my life including my relationships and now, I want to share these healing tools with you!

In the hustle of life, self-care often takes a backseat, leaving you feeling depleted in digestion, mood, and energy. Past attempts at health resets through diets and detoxes have only fueled insecurity and anxiety. I've been there too, navigating shame and frustration. Now, I offer an alternative: my 1:1 Ayurveda Coaching Program. Over six weeks, I'll guide you towards nourishing your body and embracing natural healing, fostering joy and confidence in your own skin. Let's embark on this journey together towards holistic wellness and vitality.
PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
Private yoga sessions are offered virtually or in-person (Long Beach and Orange County locals only) to beginners looking for intentional ways to move the body, improve joint mobility, increase flexibility, and build strength outside of the noise of a group yoga class. One-on-one yoga sessions are a great opportunity to receive focused guidance from your instructor so that your time on your mat is productive, effective, and injury preventive. You will learn the foundations of how to return to your peaceful nature through intentional breathing, meditation, and mindfulness practices.

This Ayurveda inspired workshop will teach you how to assist your body to naturally detox and shed excess weight, prevent mucus build up, and reduce heaviness that has accumulated over the Winter season. You will learn how to support your digestive system, lungs, and sinuses to breathe easy and feel lighter in your body. As a community, we will look at various plants and wholefoods that will support these systems & engage in a plant based cooking class to bring theory into practice.

During the Ayurvedic Late Spring Nutrition portion of our workshop, you will learn which foods aggravate Kapha so you can avoid feeling groggy, mucusy, and heavy and which foods pacify Kapha so you can support your body in feeling rejuvenated and renewed. Following our workshop, you will get the chance to indulge in a hands-on cooking class where you will learn how to prepare seasonal meals that support your body and well being. Throughout the day, you will be introduced to plant allies & herbal teas that support healthy digestion and rejuvenate the lungs to help you feel lighter and breathe freely this season.

Vegan Kamayan Dinner was born in 2018 from a personal craving to be surrounded by a community of creatives, artists, educators, nurturers, and care providers. These dinners are a space to foster deep connection with our relationship to Nature through vegan, Filipino soul food, be inspired by new flavors and textures that can only be found in plants, and feel supported by the abundance of our shared community resources.

This community event is held ONLY FOUR TIMES A YEAR to honor the beauty and changes of each season. This gathering has been a crowd favorite over the past six years and every one of our 16 Vegan Kamayan Dinners has SOLD OUT with advanced ticket sales, but I mean who’s counting anyways? LOL! I’m always so grateful and inspired by our community’s shared values for authentic connection, mutual aid, and spreading joy through good food and wholesome conversation.
